The rooms at The Retreat in Agra were absolutely amazing! They were so modern and had everything I needed. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and having a personal safe made me feel secure. The private bathroom was incredibly convenient, and the 24-hour supply of hot and cold water was a dream come true. Plus, the luxury amenities in the ensuite bathroom, including a bathtub and a shower, were simply fantastic. I felt like I was in paradise!

I chose this hotel for attending a summit near Taj Mahal. It offers the perfect sojourn for both business and leisure travelers. The banquet halls are well-suited for hosting large social and corporate events.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

The hotel was well located, as it was close to the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable with a good bed and clean sheets. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations on where to eat.

Our experience was marred by the poor bathroom facilities. The water pressure in the shower was weak, making it difficult to properly clean ourselves.

Nonostante alcuni commenti negativi sulla colazione, abbiamo apprezzato la varietà e la qualità dei prodotti offerti, soprattutto le brioches vuote e il caffè. Inoltre, poter portare con noi il nostro cane senza costi aggiuntivi è stato un vantaggio.

I like its proximity to the Taj Mahal which was the purpose of my trip to Agra. It has a nice and clean swimming pool which may be good for relaxation if one visits in summer as this is currently winter time in India and the water is very cold. It is not heated so not very good for swimming this time of the year.

This hotel is described as a "luxury" hotel. That definitely is a misnomer (a wrong claim). I cannot see anything luxurious about it. The lobby is very dusty, food in the restaurant is below standard, the towels are very old and bath room while big is ordinary at best. The lady at the reception when we checked in, was rude and very unfriendly, though the gentleman who was at the reception when we checked out was friendly and helpful. He even offered to call my travel agent to follow up our pick up from the hotel. The only thing good about The Retreat is its location - it being near to the Taj Mahal.
